The Condominium and Community Management Department at Morris Property Management Inc. (MPMI) is comprised of highly trained professionals who assist the board of directors in fulfilling the association's three core functions:
- The operation of the association as a business.
- The operation of the association as a government.
- The operation of the association as a community for the individuals who are part of it.

Condominium and Community Management involves a myriad of details ranging from common area landscaping and grounds maintenance to insurance coverage and taxes.
